If you're having trouble, here are some things to check before contacting us.

First Time Visitors

These steps must be complete before you'll be able to view the episodes.

  1. Complete the registration form, making sure that you use a valid email address
  2. After you submit the registration form, it will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified
  3. Find the email by visiting your personal email account
    • The email will go out from our server within seconds, but it may take anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes before your email provider receives it
    • If you don't see the confirmation email after waiting several minutes, you may want to check your spam folder or junk email folder to see if it got placed there
  4. Click the link contained in the email
    • Make sure that your email application is not wrapping and breaking the link
    • It should end with a long string of numbers and letters
    • If you click the link and see a message about it being "Invalid", that means the link is being wrapped and broken
    • Try pasting the two pieces of the link together directly into the location bar of your browser
    • For instance, you would paste something like this (but with a different user and key string): http://www.nowsewing.net/index/sitemember-activate-action?user=yourname&key=NvLMJKYatckbQArB5BGyImHq
  5. After clicking the confirmation successfully, you can now log in with your user/password
  6. If you are choosing a paid membership, you need to complete the payment step
  7. The payment step will direct you to a credit card entry form where you can enter your billing information
  8. After your payment information is submitted, you will be directed back to your account page
  9. From there, you should be able to watch the episodes that you signed up for

Returning Visitors

If you're already a member, just make sure that you log in in order to view the episodes.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in
  2. Your account page will remind you about your membership status
  3. From there, you can either upgrade your membership or watch the episodes

Other Possible Issues

Browser Cookie Settings

In order to login properly, our website requires that your browser has session cookies enabled. Almost all browsers have this enabled by default. Please understand that we cannot support individual computer settings that are not standard. If your cookie settings have been altered, you can refer to this page for guidance about how to re-enable them again.

Low Bandwidth Connections

If you are connecting to our website from a low bandwidth internet connection, you may experience stalling when the movies are playing back. We have programmed the movies to buffer downloading to accommodate the widest audience of bandwidth profiles. If your connection is very slow, please allow the movie to fully download onto your computer before watching it.
